ECO supports students at all levels of the learning process.

The U.S. Congress regulates K-12 education programs through The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), and most recently, The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. The laws are presented in sections called, “titles.” Title I states that all children have an opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and achieve proficiency on state standards. Title I also provides federal funds for public and public charter schools to meet these goals.
